Helm of Yngol by Kuraudo3 Helm of Yngol by Kuraudo3
After spending a couple hundred hours in Skyrim I decided it was time to take my love for the game in other directions, and what's cooler than the armor? I've dabbled in papercraft before and a google search of "skyrim papercraft" immediately led me to *z8-0's gallery here on deviant art. I knew what had to be done.

Big thanks to Bethesda for giving us so much more than just a game and HUGE thanks to *z8-0 for his hard work on making these models so accessible.

This is one of coolest helmets in Skyrim! I wore it a lot!
Do you by any chance still have the pattern?

It's a pretty simple process called Pepakura (if it's called anything). You just print out pieces of paper, fold them, and tape them together. Well I use tape, most people glue flaps together. It's easy to pick up and there a ton of resources online!

Well I was going to point you in the direction of the 405th, but they seem to be having trouble with their website. Them and youtube are pretty much the resources I ever used. Just start searching, you never know what you might find :)

Paper craft is a big one, then pepakura itself. I'm sure you can find plenty of general knowledge and whenever you have a specific question I'd be glad to help. The 405th is probably the best place I know of to find tutorials and [link] has some really cool crafts for when you decide to start on a project.
